At Porch Party, we work with fresh pumpkins, mums, and seasonal greenery, which means every porch is created with natural products that may vary slightly in color, shape, and size. We carefully select each item to ensure your display is beautiful and long-lasting.

Pumpkin Freshness Guarantee

We proudly offer a 30-Day Pumpkin Freshness Guarantee on all pumpkins included in your Porch Party installation.

If a pumpkin begins to rot, collapse, or significantly deteriorate within 30 days of installation under normal outdoor conditions, we will replace it at no additional charge.

To request a replacement:

• Please contact us within the 21-day period

• Include photos of the affected pumpkin(s)

• Replacements will be scheduled based on availability and service routes

Fresh Produce & Greenery

Because our products are fresh and seasonal:

• Mums, ornamental cabbage, hay bales, corn stalks, and greenery are non-refundable

• Natural fading, weathering, or changes due to sun, frost, rain, pests, or lack of watering are considered normal seasonal wear

• Customers are responsible for watering mums and maintaining displays after installation​

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom and perishable nature of our designs:

• We do not accept returns once items have been delivered or installed

• Orders canceled 10 days before the monday of your chosen install week qualify for a full refund

• no refunds for orders canceled within 10 days of the monday before install week

Weather Disclaimer

Porch Party is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Extreme weather

• Freezing temperatures

• Animals or pests

• Theft or vandalism
